WHOLESALE INFORMATION

1. Opening an Account:

To set up an account we require an initial minimum order of $ 800.00 Canadian dollars.

Orders charged to credit card OR PayPal at time of shipping are also eligible for a 5% discount.

2. Start-up Information. Before we can release any wholesale information we require the following:

• Business permit or license
• Business card or company letterhead

3. Special Orders. Cancellation of special orders that have entered production is not permitted.

4. Order time:

Our standard order time is 2 - 4 weeks.

We do our best to maintain stock of the majority of our current collection, most of which can be shipped immediately. Please be advised that items not in stock can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. It is best to check availability of the items in stock when placing orders to ensure the projected delivery will meet your needs. The above time line is an approximation; we do our best to provide the fastest delivery possible. Please understand that during peak season we may reach maximum delivery time.

5. Shipping. Orders are shipped through CANADA POST using ground and air services.
